The staff I met were really helpful and received a good welcome. The private car park is just across the road from the hotel entrance - $50/day. Queen room was quite large and definitely worth paying the extra for. A couple of issues were resolved in a timely manner via Whatsapp to the manager. Location could not be better. The courtyard areas are very nice to sit in.
