I've travelled a lot and this place is one of the most comfortable I have stayed in. Lovely, quiet location but still easy walking distance to the town. Simply everything you need!

Everything! The house has style, elegance, and a wonderful ambience. The attention to detail is superlative. Our host John made us feel special and was most obliging and knowledgeable about the local area. We had an unforgettable stay in a real home from home.

Excellent location and incredibly well equipped. The bedrooms and lounge are spacious and there are thoughtful touches everywhere. John was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was wonderful and the ability to use the lounge to make tea, coffee (all provided along with snacks) was great. We didn’t ask to have the fire lit, but this would have been a lovely touch of an evening as well. Thank you both.
