Great location only three bus stops / 5min away from Venice town. Barbara is great host and has awesome tips. Pizza place next door within camping location, also to be recommended.

Close to Lidl and few meters to bus stop. Only 15mins from hotel to Venice via Bus, we decided to leave the car in the hotel and use bus. And also they allowed us to leave our car after we check out their premises while we spent all day in Venice.

The location was exceptional. The vicinity of the bus station was fantastic, just a couple-of-minute walk from the hotel and two bus stops from Venice. We loved that, couldn't have wished for more!! Lidl is just across the street, which is also very convenient. This is a small family owned hotel and you can tell that these people run their business with a lot of love and a good care of their guests. It's a lovely and cozy place. We were delighted with the well maintained greenery around the hotel and the garden in front when you can sit, have breakfast, just have your coffee and enjoy the view and the tranquility. The buffet breakfast was simply amazing, so abundant and tasty. Barbara was very kind and helpful in explaining us how to get to Venice and back and what to see there, getting bus tickets from them was very convenient too. This is definitely one of the most satisfying places we've been to in Italy. The room was cosy and very clean.
