The best host ive ever met since ive been in Italy. Cozy room, variety of breakfast choices. the accommodation is very convenient to go to the airport or venice. Just a 15 min bus ride, which you can buy the ticket from the host (from and to venice). She even suggests us a very good place to have dinner.

Close to airport, friendly staff. They let us leave our car in the car park after check out to visit Venice. Also helped us with a bus ticket.

Everything from location to helpfulness of staff, great spot to travel in and out of venice, grocery store right across street (Lidl), gas station as well, and real good pizzeria down the street 500yds it was a hopping little place, we had supper there 2nights, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Beautiful area and hotel itself, nice and clean room, nice outside area (in the backyard) where you can eat breakfast or just chill, close bus station (2-3 min), Lidl store (1 min). So all needed in very close proximity. Very nice staff - informed us about how to get to Venice, the closest cafe (perfect cafe - pizzeria Color), they have bus and vaporeto tickets to get to Rome.
