The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please take note that, the outdoor rooftop pool will be located at the different building from Sekata Apartment. The distance will be around 500 meters away located at Sekata Makmur building.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

“We had a very pleasant stay at this homestay. The house is spacious, comfortable, and suitable for a relaxing visit.

The environment is quiet, and the staff are very nice. Easy to park. There is a Chinese food court nearby. The swimming pool is located in another apartment building—I didn’t get a chance to visit it, so I’m not sure about it.

Clean & spacious & cool. 3 rooms.. 1 Master bedroom, 2 single beds & 1 bed room. 2 bathrooms. Can cook kitchen with induction burner.
