From Monday to Saturday, our reception is open until 21:00 (9:00 PM), and on Sundays until 17:00 (5:00 PM).If you arrive after these hours, you must complete the online check-in and you can collect your room keys at our Restaurant elRetiro, which is open 24 hours.Please inform us of your name, booking number, and estimated arrival time so we can prepare your key and ensure a smooth arrivalPlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Parked the car next to the room. Easy to unload. Comfy bed and clean bathroom. Inside and outside very clean

Great location for an overnight stay if you are travelling between Spain and France. The most pet friendly hotel that we stop at, our dog is allowed in the restaurant/bar area unlike a lot of other hotels. The rooms are big, the food options are varied and reasonably priced. The staff are excellent and they always make you feel welcome.

Very good location for a break on a long drive through Spain. Very pet friendly. We enjoyed a nice dinner at the restaurant next to the hotel. The price was good and we will come back for sure on our next trip.
