Modern hotel with really clean and good sized rooms. The location is really convenient, just a few steps away from Cambridge North station. Plenty of parking (have to pay extra) right outside the hotel. Pool was great with clean and convenient changing facilities.

We were there for a wedding and it was easy to get a taxi to and from the hotel. staff were very friendly. the room was clean and comfortable.

It’s fairly ok. The location is not that bad but far from the city centre. The customer service is poor especially on our arrival. We arrived a bit early and requested to check in earlier. The receptionist on duty (19July) wasn’t so helpful or polite or apologetic. A bad experience to start with our short staycation. Pillows, towels and duvets are worn out and outdated-guys please change them☹️. The water dispenser in the gym wasn’t working also. And you have to get an access to the pool or gym every time you come which is a hassle coz you need to go down to the reception plus the access to pool/ gym is from the staircase. Not much variety to breakfast buffet. But anyways, hope you look into improvement of your service and facilities.
