The Studio Room we booked looked exactly like it did in the photos. The quality of the furnishings etc. were good. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern. The heating system was quiet and worked well.

The young man at check in was very helpful as we had brought our bikes to cycle the Waikato River Trail and they have an area to store the bikes - he arranged access for us early in the morning. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. This is our second time staying here and the room was immaculate, bed comfortable and kitchenette well set up.

The rooms were really well appointed, the beds very comfortable and accommodation very clean and tidy. My check in with Dan was great and other staff that I met were very friendly. The location was really good. I have stayed there before and will definitely stay there again.
