After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no daily housekeeping or room service. There is a communal microwave located on each floor.Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.You may hear noise from the rooftop bar, neighboring restaurants, and construction inside the building.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Lovely hotel, huge room! Whilst we didn’t have much interaction with staff due to the online stuff and codes for rooms, the staff we did meet were lovely & helpful when storing our bags. Decent location also, just a short train or uber into the busier city area, but lots of things available around the Cambridge area too.

Excellent location, close by lots of amenities. The room was really nicely and stylishly designed. Bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Excellent customer service from very friendly staff (especially Manny!)
