Great staff, very helpful and polite. All places were carefully clean. I used a room w/ shared bathroom and was impressed on how well kept it was. Great breakfast. The fresh yummy cookies all day at the entrance was a must!

Excellent value which is the best thing about this accommodation. Charming, quiet and safe neighbourhood well located near to Harvard square. Friendly staff, 24hr concierge, appreciated the free cookies and coffee and luggage storage.

All of the staff was kind, attentive and always available. The breakfast was fine, good variety and always in enough quantity. Seated places in the breakfast room were also always available, so no problems there. The room was clean and although small, for a single person travelling for business aims it was enough. The shared bathroom was not too disputed and always clean as well. Location was exceptionaly convenient and one final feature that really appealed to me was the warm coffee (and cookies) at the entrance lobby - that always made my entry (from the cold outside) a bit easier - thanks for that!
