Overlooking Parker’s Piece, Regency House offers traditional rooms with modern bathrooms and free WiFi. Set in the centre of Cambridge in a Victorian town house, the Cambridge University Colleges are just minutes away.
Elegantly decorated with wooden headboards and wooden furniture, the rooms at Regency House feature an en suite bathroom, flat-screen TV and digital radio. Some rooms have views across the park.
Situated in Cambridge centre, The Grand Arcade shopping centre is just 2 minutes’ walk away. The famous College Backs and River Cam can be reached in a 15-minute walk. Cambridge’s historical market place and Corn Exchange are just 10 minutes’ walk away.

Features include a flat-screen TV, DAB radio and tea and coffee making facilities. This room has an ensuite bathroom. We have four rooms of this type, two on the first floor, one on the second floor and one on our top floor. The room on the top floor is room 10 and this has a little balcony.

Features include a flat-screen TV, DAB radio and tea and coffee making facilities. We have four rooms of this type, one on the first floor, two on the second floor and one on our top floor. The room on the top floor is room 9 and this has a little balcony. There are 5 bedrooms sharing two bathrooms. Please note that for the shared bathrooms, if all rooms with access to shared bathrooms became booked the hotel would operate a booking system for the shower in order to clean it between use.

This first-floor apartment features a part view from the bedroom and living room. It also benefits from a double bed with duck and down feather duvets and pillows. The private bathroom is located next door to the room and contains a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment has a sofa, desk, flat-screen TV, DAB radio, hairdryer and free Wi-Fi access. Laundry and cooking facilities are available to use in the fully equipped kitchen. This room is on our first floor. Please note that sofa beds are smaller than a single bed and are best suited to a child or small adult.

With park views, this room features a double bed with duck and down feather duvets and pillows. The private bathroom is located next door to the room and contains a shower, sink and toilet. Each room has a flat-screen TV, DAB radio, hairdryer and free Wi-Fi. Laundry and cooking facilities are available to use in the fully equipped shared kitchen. We have two rooms of this type, room 15 is on our second floor, is the largest of the two and has high ceilings. room 16 is on our third floor and in the loft space. This room has restricted ceiling height., some people find this room really cosy but other feel it is too small. This room has a small room off it with a desk and arm chair. Ideal for those that need to work while with us. Please note that sofa beds are smaller than a single bed and are best suited to a child or small adult. Please note that as of October 2020 the shared kitchen will be closed when more than 1 household books the 2 or 3 rooms that would normally shared the kitchen. This may change in time in line with guidance.

Please note that the building is a Victorian Townhouse with stairs and no lift. This is not suitable for people with limited mobility, as the hotel is spread across 5 floors.

Right by Parker’s Piece, it was a great location for a night out in Cambridge. We had our own shower room which was nice, but having access to a shared kitchen was really useful. - especially when I woke earlier than friends and went and made tea and did not disturb them while they slept.
