Excellent communication prior to arriving and a very warm and friendly welcome. The host was exceptional, really good local knowledge and so helpful and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean with a well stocked tray of teas, coffees etc. The kitchen area was a bonus with the breakfast items. On a main bus route into Cambridge so very easy and convenient. We hope to book again, highly recommend.

We were very kindly allowed to check in early in order to change for the wedding. The whole place was very clean and well catered for. The use of a communal kitchen was much appreciated.
