The fine print
For all guests arriving at the hotel, we reserve the right to pre-authorise a credit or debit card for the room rate per night plus an additional £50 per night for extras. The hotel is not charging your credit card. A pre-authorisation is a security guarantee for payment only. Any excess pre-authorisation will be released on the day of departure.If you cannot provide the hotel with a credit or debit card on check-in to pre-authorise, full prepayment will be required on arrival. Once the pre-authorisation has been completed, you may charge items to your room during your stay by presenting your room key card wallet and signing for the transaction.Hotel Guests are welcome to use the Health Club facilities including the swimming pool from 3pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure.Please see below our dedicated Children swim times:
Monday > Friday: 09:00 - 10.00 (Summer holidays only) and 14:30 - 18:30,

Welcoming staff. Nice room. Enjoyed the Spa. EV charging has lots of type 2 7kwh chargers (untethered) and also 1 rapid charger. Plenty of free parking. There is a retail park across the road for anything you may have forgotten. Breakfast is a self-service buffet which had plenty for everyone and caters for various dietary requirements.
