Ralf “modern and clean apartment, perfect for hiking tours in Val Grande”

Everything was fine, the apartment is modern and very clean. It's perfect if you want to go hiking in Val Grande. To Verbania and Lago Maggiore it's <10minutes by car. There is also a bus route from Trobaso Piazza to Verbania (10min walk to bus stop, https://www.vcotrasporti.it/it/orari.php -> Linea 1 or 2). Big plus of the apartment: there are shutters for windows, so you can dimm the rooms completely during night or just prevent sun from heating up the rooms. The balconies are also nice and you have a good view around. There can be some barking during some times of the day, but I'd no problems with any noise during night - and I'm really sensitive. Andrea the host was always helpful, his parents that live in the house are also very friendly. We enjoined the stay very much.

We spent four nights in this spacious, clean, bright apartment. Large balconies on all sides, overlooking the mountain scenery and picturesque church tower. The 70’s living and kitchen have a special charm. The lakes Maggiore and Mergozzo are only a 10 mins drive. The host is a very helpful and social man, inviting us in his garden house for a drink and chat. Ideally located. Spectacular mountain biking and hiking in nearby Valle Intrasca, up to the unbeatable Monte Zeda with its superb views!
