It exceeded my expectations owner went above and beyond to answer questions 24/7 and cater to every need or adjustment I requested. It felt so comfortable and the customer service was just exceptional. It was very clean, cleaned everyday for the 5 days I was there for and facilities were excellent. Just an overall positive experience.

Owner was very welcoming and friendly, kitchen was stocked and had a good variety available for the clients staying, toilet and shower were perfectly sound too. Rooms are cozy and clean, lovely touch with the extras in the mini fridge and side table. Brilliant WiFi too.

The property is situated in a great quiet location with access to forrest walks, clear directions provided. Clean rooms, free parking. Kitchen with all utilities for self catering available, breakfast items such as cereal, milk, orange juice, pastries, etc. supplied. Very short distance to town and many shops such as Tesco Extra, M&S and next. Very good value for the area. Amazing friendly host. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was included, which was fantastic and very thoughtful. There were also some snacks in the room. The housekeeper was lovely and helpful. The owner was easy to get in touch with if there were any issues. The Wi-Fi was included in the price, which was also a bonus. There was a TV in the room and a desk which was also great.
