It has everything we need as a young family of 4. It’s so practical. We have a rental car to drive around Italy during this holiday. There are many free parking spaces nearby. The owner is extremely friendly who lives just close to the apartment. Very supportive and helpful. The air con is very good. Laundry and drier are brand new and working perfectly. Loads of spaces in the apartment. We have a double bed soda bed, kids sleep in the double bed room, there is a spare single bedroom which we use to hang up our laundry. Could sleep another person there if you have 5-6 people in total. Fridge is huge too. They even gave as an original tasty pack of Italian cookies and many water bottles. We really enjoyed our stay. Very close to Varregerio beach, Florence city and town centre Lucca.
