Location, cleanliness, size, quietness. Everything was wonderful and when the wifi didn’t work the owner was very quick to respond with a solution.

You can't beat the basics; in the middle of Caloundra, easy to locate, locked in underground parking, super cool aircon in three rooms, really comfortable beds, new building, everywhere smells nice.

The first thing I found very confusing was picking up the keys it would have been helpful if the name of the store was given as a lot of time was spent finding the grocery store. I found the facilities need to be updated some what the kitchen needs some more utilities such as trays to use in the oven,oven mitts, a bottle opener,the cups,plates were at a minimum and the dishes needs to be washed constantly as they were used each meal. The apartment needs a information booklet with perhaps maps, places of interest,cafes and most of all where the rubbish is to be placed took me 3 days to find the refuge room and that there was a recycled bin, instructions booklets this was very disappointing for me. The main bedroom needs a window coverage on the window above the bed and in the main area there needs to be a blind or blackout curtain as the afternoon sun is very bright coming into the room. Did I think it was value for money I would say no.
