The fine print
Please note that a charge of AU $15 per child, per stay will be charged upon check-in for use of the Water Park. The water park is only suitable for children aged 12 years and under, and all children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian over 16 years of age when using the water park.When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.You are kindly requested to present a valid credit card along with photo ID upon arrival. Please note that the credit card presented on check-in must be in the same name as the guest on the booking confirmation.Please note that there is a non-refundable 1.5% charge when you pay with a credit card.Please note that daily room cleaning is not included in the rate. Cleaning services can be purchased at any time during the stay. Guests will have the choice of cleaning service options, at an additional cost, upon check in at the hotel. For guests staying more than 8 nights, a full cleaning service will be provided free of charge in the middle of your stay. For guests staying more than 12 nights, a full cleaning service will be provided free of charge every 7 days.Oaks Oasis is currently experiencing WIFI difficulties ,we are working hard towards getting the issues resolved. Central location in the heart of Caloundra - walking distance to the beach, Woolworths, restaurants, takeaways, Kmart etc. The onsite restaurant is great, with the buffet brekkie offering a large variety and barista made coffee able to be purchased if you’re not keen on the instant coffee option. Great waterpark for the kids, huge jumping pillow, large pool and heated spa. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, room was clean, the beds were comfy.
