The fine print
The Pool & BBQ Area is now open following the completion of recent restoration works. However, the surroundings of the pool area will remain under construction, with an expected completion by early February 2025. Builders will be on-site from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, to complete the enhancements. These works should produce minimal noise and cause little disruption.Please note, there is a 1.4% credit card surcharge when using a credit card.
Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers/Mantra/BFree Surfers Paradise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note the following conditions of stay for school graduates ('schoolies') bookings: All guests must be over the age of 18 years, and must present a valid photo ID upon check in.
