Fantastic residency. The guest house was great, fully equipped, comfortable and very stylish. The garden was beautiful, the area was calm, the owner was nice and helpful.

I would like to highly recommend this property and the owner Luke to anyone , honesty this guy was lovely , very helpful with everything , anything we needed there was not a problem for him at all , nice , happy and great person at all , we couldn't come to a better place . The kids and we absolutely love it to stay at this property , we wanted to extend our stay with Luke however someone else booked already on our original departure so we were looking around and found one place 20 min from Luke , when we came to to next location my wife and kids start crying that they want to go back to Luke property because this one is not like in the advertise and is so dirty compare to Luke's house :D . Honestly if you looking for a nice accommodation to stay in Cornwall Luke is your first choice , we will be definitely coming back .! Thank You again for everything :)

Quiet, beautiful house with all mod cons and excellent shower. Comfy beds and good quality linen. Secure parking with electric gates.

This is a brilliant property and in a quiet location, it was the perfect base for our holiday excursions and Luke is a great host, quick to respond to any questions. The property is clearly new, its well equipped and was immaculately clean when we arrived.
