“Peaceful rural comfort.”
04 Oct 2022
What a rural gem. Easy to locate but well away from the beaten track. In a small village within woods of oak and walnuts. Very high standard of comfort. Both dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Very friendly host who spoke good English. And no problems seeing the stars in the night sky.

“A really quaint rustic hideaway”
25 Sep 2022
It was hidden away and secluded from the noise of the city. It was full of rustic charm and the up cycling of sone of the furniture was quite interesting. we had two lovely breakfasts that were well presented and tasty. on the first night we had an evening meal cooked by the host which was delicious. The premises were clean and very interesting in their layout. I would certainly stay there again.

“An excellent place to stay in a great location”
22 Jun 2022
What a fabulous little hotel, in a lovely quiet rural setting. Very peaceful indeed. The owners have clearly invested in the place, converting the buildings from an old farm into a boutique hotel, full of local charm. We loved the uniqueness of the place and how old farm artefacts have become reused within the hotel, eg the dining tables made from old doors. Evening meal was light and delicious, accompanied by a couple of glasses of local red wine. Breakfast was excellent too, fruit, yogurt, ham, cheese, toast, home made orange cake and excellent coffee. We really felt valued and comfortable. Hotel is situated some 30 minutes north of Leon close to the roads leading north and west, so was ideal for stop on our driving tour.
