Hostellerie Les Gorges de Pennafort is a hidden gem. We originally booked it because we were visiting Whispering Angel, and we’re so glad we did. The restaurant food was Michelin star quality — Chef Anthony Salliège’s passion for food truly blew our taste buds away. It was the best cuisine we’ve had in France (wow, and thank you!). The waiter staff were also top class. The hotel service was excellent, the room was lovely, and the spa across the road was quiet and relaxing.

We didn’t sample the wellness part, so I cannot comment on that, but the restaurant of really very good and the staff attentive.
