Please note that as we do not reside at the property, we may need additional time to travel to the property and complete the check-in process. Thank you for your understanding.To access the new amenities such as the Games Room and Cinema Room, guests must agree to the following conditions:1. Pay a €300 deposit,to be pays cash,upon arrival.
2. No smoking is allowed in the house, especially in the games room and cinema room. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace.
3. Use the consoles and other equipment responsibly to avoid damage.
4. Clean the popcorn machine after each use, as this is not included in the basic cleaning fee.**Pool Climatization Details:**Climatization is available only in certain winter months. Please note that climatization does not provide hot water; it only heats the pool water by a few degrees.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
