The room was beautiful and very spacious. The bed was very cosy and comfortable. Bathroom was lovely. The Rituals products were very nice. We also really appreciated the toothbrush, toothpaste and razor. The balcony was lovely. Gorgeous seaviews. Great variety in the buffet each night and each morning. Great entertainment by night. We loved the Candle making class. Free shuttle bus to Playa Las Americas every day. Good variety of pools and lots of comfy sunbeds and umbrellas. We loved the infinity pool. Lots of snack bars. Staff were kind and helpful. We got a welcome drink and snacks on arrival and a lovely card and chocolates the night before departure. Great facilities for kids too. We had a lovely, relaxing time. Thank you.

Breakfast in the prestige lounge was lovely and, even though I am dairy free and eat no meat but fish, there was plenty of choice in the main buffet restaurant. This restaurant is very large and quite noisy at times and the hot food was mostly lukewarm but very tasty. The food in the Prestige restaurant was very nice and offered some choice for myself, the Japanese restaurant again is excellent but has the same menu every day. The choice and food in the Italien restaurant was a bit disappointing for myself. Service was always excellent and all the staff are very friendly. I really liked that all the outdoor pools were heated and warm enough to swim in March. The views from both infinity pools are stunning.
