Our room at Casa Hotel Jardin Azul was beautiful. The architecture of the property was stunning. When we arrived we were allowed to choose between 2 rooms and both were gorgeous. However, we ended up choosing the higher floor, which had a huge balcony with a wonderful view across Cali city. The location was ideal, nearby a neighbourhood full of life with restaurants and bars, but not a party vibe (which is not what we wanted). The staff were all lovely, mostly 2 women (whose names I have now forgotten, which I feel terrible for). They made us feel so welcome and despite my poor levels of Spanish and their not understanding English, we got by just fine and managed to communicate without too much difficulty. They were very patient, which helped. We were able to pay for our laundry to be washed - which was returned to us within 24hours. This was very helpful, as we were backpacking. Freshly cooked/prepared breakfast every morning and we even had the pleasure of meeting Panthera, who I think is the neighbourhood cat (she liked to join us for breakfast! ;P). She's very cute! The accomodation was a perfect rest place to refresh from the days partying at the Cali Feria!

Its a beautiful casa with lovely people! We liked the location as its outside the centre but still walking distance. We would book here again!

The staff is very very Sweet and helpfull! I had so many Nice conversations! They were the best from Cali! Breakfast is very good too! The pool is a very nice way to relax! Thank you so much for everything!

We absoltely loved our room as it had a balcony which looked over the pool and garden. We were served breakfast in the garden, which was loevly, and a lot of coffee! The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times.
