The staff and room were simply amazing! We have never staid somewhere where the staff were so kind and accommodating. It seemed like the team was a well piled machine, communicating with each other and smiling! I mentioned in our booking it was our anniversary, and almost every staff member we ran into wished us a happy anniversary.... even ones we had never met before. Truly wonderful and made our stay that much more memorable.

The design is stunning and the room was spotlessly clean. I was particularly impressed by the soundproofing — it was very quiet inside. The location is perfect. Both the breakfast and the dinner at the hotel restaurant were excellent. Also, the minibar selection was very good.

Breakfast was ok and venue a little disappointing, expected more considering all the other facilities were a high standard. However, we enjoyed our dinner at the Wilde the food was excellent.
