The fine print
The Fitness Centre, Pool and Hot Tub are open daily to hotel guests by appointment between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm. An appointment is required in advance of entering the pool or fitness centre. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking well in advance, prior to your arrival. The steam room is currently closed.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We were unexpectedly delighted with the Fairmont Palliser despite its grand size. It proved to be an elegant old fashioned hotel with beautiful spacious public and private rooms and bathrooms. We were upgraded to the gold floor where it became apparent that some people use the lounge facility instead of the restaurant. Filling large plates with snacks and then desserts with wine glasses filled to the brim with wine. All rather gross but if you can overlook the greed of some of the other guests it is a lovely facility and we took advantage of it for a pre dinner drink and breakfast as we were checking out early for a flight. Dinner at the Hawthorne was very good too.

Staff service was excellent. We had a very nice room on a high floor, therefore had access to the Gold Executive lounge. Our room was very spacious.

We had a wonderful stay. We look forward to going back. Staff were great! Made our day extra special. We were allowed early check in. The hotel is an experience to see and stay.
