- Guest cannot smoke inside the property but is allowed to smoke outside.
- Payment before arrival via Credit Card is required. Initial 50% payment upon booking and the remaining 50% must be paid 15 days before check-in. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
- Reservations received less than 15 days before check-in must be totally paid (100%) after the reservation is made.
- Please note that once 100% of the amount has been paid and there are less than 15 days until check-in, no refund will be made.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The apartment was situated on the outskirts of the village. Inside space was good, outside space consisted of a shared courtyard. Communication from the owner was good although a lot of rules and regulations seemed to be presented shortly before we arrived. Not particularly a problem as they were not really relevant to us. The view from the kitchen window was spectacular as was the view from the end of the courtyard up to the mountains. The area was very quiet and peaceful.

My stay at Apartamento Flor in La Graciosa was absolutely perfect! A big thank you to my host, Itahisa, for kindly accommodating both an early check-in and late checkout, making everything so easy. The location was spectacular—right in front of the sea, with bars and restaurants nearby and just a 10-minute walk from the ferry port. The apartment had everything I needed: a fully fitted kitchen, a comfortable bed, and plenty of space. La Graciosa is a fantastic destination, and Apartamento Flor is an ideal choice for its combination of seclusion and proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, and access to the island’s beautiful trails. Highly recommended!

Located in the end of town, very quiet neighborhood. We knew about it in advanced and it didn’t bother us, but its a bit of a walk to the supermarket/restaurants/port. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, nice patio with sunbeds and good view from the windows. We would stay there again.
