The fine print
Please note:
- The property does the cleaning after check-out.
- Guest cannot smoke inside the property but is allowed to smoke outside.
- Payment before arrival via Credit Card is required. Initial 50% payment upon booking and the remaining 50% must be paid 15 days before check-in. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
- Reservations received less than 15 days before check-in must be totally paid (100%) after the reservation is made.
- Please note that once 100% of the amount has been paid and there are less than 15 days until check-in, no refund will be made.
- Guests must sign the property T&C/rental contract prior to check in.
- The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation.
- Any damages or loss to the property caused by guest, including smoking outside designated areas or the breach of any of the rules, will incure a charge that will be shared and agreed on during the check-in of 400€. Damages will be charged the debit/credit card, or use the security deposit provided at the time of booking or the check-in.Any breach of house rules or damage to the property may result in the use of deposit money for its repair, as stipulated in the contract with the property.• Rooms with sea view or mountain view are subject to availability. The apartment was situated on the outskirts of the village. Inside space was good, outside space consisted of a shared courtyard. Communication from the owner was good although a lot of rules and regulations seemed to be presented shortly before we arrived. Not particularly a problem as they were not really relevant to us. The view from the kitchen window was spectacular as was the view from the end of the courtyard up to the mountains. The area was very quiet and peaceful.
