Pools were really nice, staff generally lovely, rooms a little outdated but comfortable, buffet dinner was poor quality

The location is very convenient, especially if you're flying in or out of Fuerteventura - it's just a short ride to the airport. The rooms are spacious, and once you're settled, the atmosphere is pleasant. On our second visit, the receptionist was kind and offered complimentary drinks, which we appreciated.

Spacious rooms (we paid for the 70m² option), a nice garden, and a relaxed atmosphere. It’s one of the very few five-star options on the island that is kid-friendly, which made it a practical choice for our family trip. Some staff members were kind, and the setting itself has potential.

The fresh fish/meat counter - although the queue sometimes meant you were longer away from your table so much of breakfast was not eaten and enjoyed together. The speciality restaurants - great food
