Cannot fault anything about this beautiful old farmhouse property, location being close to motorway was excellent and secure free parking on property. There are a few restaurants and a bar close by. Calenzaro train station is a 3 minute walk away, and just a 25 minute €6 return journey direct into Florence, with trains also to Prato and Pistoia. Host was exceptional and helpful, room had all we needed for a 4 night stay, espresso machine, kettle with supply of milk and water in fridge, and lots of fresh cookies. Air conditioning and Comfy double bed in our room with a small w/c,shower, basin and bidet with fresh towels and new clean ones if needed and plenty supply of shower gel and soap

30 minutes by train from Florence and 100 meters from the house to the train station.If you rent a car, you will use a safe and private parking lot. Above all, a friendly host. You can find anything you need in front of your door in the evening. We are grateful and thank him. We definitely recommend this beautiful house.
