Great range of tea bags and the little added extras were a nice touch. The cake was delicious. The room was clean and very comfortable. The continental style breakfast worked well with plenty of choices.

Our request to park at the premises in the morning was quickly responded to, our room was ready so we put our things in the room and had the key. ready for our return from the day out

The location was perfect very close to the castle which was a bonus for us as we were attending a wedding at the castle. The Lychgate was extremely clean and very cozy and the process of getting in and out the property was straight forward and very safe.

Wonderful location, fantastic rooms, homely feeling, every detail thought of. Perfect breakfast. Janice kind and thoughtful. A bed and breakfast where you have privacy.
