Guests must identify themselves in order to enter the apartment. Check-in is online. The day before arrival, we contact the guest to identify all guests. Entry is made with a code to collect keys. Guests can receive this code on the day of arrival if they have previously identified themselves.The apartment is located on the first floor without a lift.Guests can send luggage through a third-party service. This establishment is not responsible for the activities of third parties. As a courtesy, we offer a collection point in our building so that guests can send their luggage. If the bags arrive during cleaning hours, we will leave them inside the flat without any problem. If they arrive later, they will be left at the entrance to the building. The next day, they must be left there so that the company can collect them.
