Very friendly and helpful staff,in a good central location, good continental breakfast choice,a few reserved parking spaces right outside the hotel is very handy as is the twelve o'clock checkout.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I arrived on the 21st of December 2025. The staff were amazing. The cleaning staff did such an amazing job. Reception staff extremely friendly and well knowledged on the surrounding area. I really did enjoy staying over for Christmas, all staff worked so extremely hard to make people stay an memorable experience.

The staff were great. Sra. Verónica was amazing, but all the other staff were very friendly. The location is ideal, just at the edge of the city's old centre. Ideal for an introduction to Caldas das Rainha and the surrounding areas. Good for solo travellers. A bit more of a humble hotel without all the mod cons, but who needs all of that modern stuff? It depends on what you are looking for, I suppose.
