Although the place is equipped with everything necessary, overall the experience was unpleasant. I had to wait for more than an hour to check in. The staff communicate very little and unclearly with guests — it’s hard to understand anything about the check-in or the stay itself. Although there are keys, the door locks don’t work properly. There were issues locking and unlocking all the doors — both the front door and the interior ones.

Great location in the town of caldas central to the shops, Markets and 5 min walk to bus station and train station making it a great location for day trips. Clean and comfortable room clean bathroom and kitchen facilities. Everything you can need is there. great hostess very kind and helpful.

The location is amazing, close to both city centre and beautiful park. The accomodation is very clean and well equipped regarding kitchenware, washing machine etc. I felt so welcomed by the host, she did really everything she could to make me feel at home and cozy. So worth the money.
