Lovely room. A great welcome from owner ? Attention to detail. Lovely breakfast in the garden elegantly served. Didn’t have the right 3 pin adapter for laptop and was given one Thank you life saver

Nice small quite villa, it gives the real feel of old Tuscany life style, location is good as about 15 minutes to Pisa, 30 minutes to nice beaches, close to all near by thermal area and at foot of the mountains where several hike and MTB trails are available (Check Trailforks) in the middle of olives trees and mediterranean forests, nice breakfast very welcoming and helpful staff, the restaurant have typical Tuscany menu I believe food its very good in spite I have not try it

Lovely rooms with a beautiful high painted ceiling. Very nice breakfast and helpful staff.
