The fine print
Depending on the time of your arrival the keys will be handed over by the Property Manager or the Security: Between 9 AM and 6 PM: The Property Manager will meet with you, give you a brief on the Property and handover the keys. Between 6 PM to 9 AM: The Security will hand over the keys and escort you to your unit. The Property Manager is available on the phone and will give you an introduction to the Property the following morning.Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a Visa and Mastercard credit card. And 5% charge when you pay with American Express credit card.Please note construction work is currently ongoing at the property, especially near the 3 BHK Villa area, which may cause some disturbances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this time.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Location is very convenient and the 2BHK apartment was very spacious and had necessary amenities. Decently sized Swimming Pool and good clean facility. Service and housekeeping staff is also very good and helpful. Checkin Checkout was also smooth

The property was at a very good location, around 8 - 10 min walking distance from the beach. The swimming pool was of a good size and is a comfortable place to relax at the property. Rooms were as described on the website with comfortable beds and a basic kitchen for essential cooking needs. We had a nice comfortable stay here.

We rented a studio for 3 nights, it had everything we needed: fridge, sink, table, some utensils, A/C. The pool was very nice to chill around and the studio is located very close to the beach and to lots of restaurants/bars on the main road. To explore further other parts of Goa a scooter/car/taxi is needed though as the road is not walking friendly. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they are always around and available if you need anything!
