1. Located conveniently on the happening main road. Cabs and bike/taxi rental are available just beside the property. Many dining and shopping options are also available within a short walk. One can access the beach in < 8 mins by foot through the Little India Beach Cottages. Thankfully, Little India allows transit through their property. 2. The property has a great restaurant and bar with a lot of lovely options. Friday night is the live Karaoke night. The charming, relaxing yet festive ambience really builds up the mood. 3. The staff are very friendly and helpful. 4. The property has a nice, well-maintained pool. 5. The Deluxe Standard rooms are pretty comfortable. They are large and have all the necessary amenities.

It has a very good location. Walking distance to the beach. The bar/restaurant downstairs is convenient for meals and they are pretty decent actually. Plus they are open 24/7. The room was clean and comfortable.
