Upon reading a few reviews, I thought I would share my perspective. This is a hostal (budget accommodation), managed by locals, along with the adjacent restaurant. If you are looking for high quality comforts, services and food, perhaps over multiple days, you are off track and maybe disappointed. True, it does not have hot water (more like cold and less cold), and the adjacent road is busy and noisy. What this place offers is a clean room and bathroom, a simple but comfortable bed and breakfast (my eggs were freshly cooked) at a low cost (I paid approx. US$20). If you are looking for a place to crash while on travel (maybe in between flights) at a low cost, this place may work well for you. The staff is friendly and willing to assist you find a ride to the airport.

The room was very clean and spacious, with comfy bed, big wardrobe, few chairs and desk, TV. There was private bathroom. It's quite well located, close to main street with shops and 15 min to bus terminal. It felt safe. Internet connection was very good.

The room is quite cozy and with a good space. They have hot water, TV and a wardrobe. I only spent a few hours so I can't evaluate more, for a one night it was good as expected.
