Ana at the front desk is extremely kind, professional and helpful.We came from a bad experience in an other hotel but here we felt at ease right away and found all comforts:the air condition in the room Is the best we had in 20 days on the Island,and i am half american(we have a thing for good a.c.)the room is spotless,the employees are really nice and the food tastes genuinely good... my italian background says It all.I strongly recommend It!

This is a hotel we have stayed at several times and is so great this is why we keep going back. The staff are the backbone to this hotel.
