Good location, breakfast included with a lot of variety. Friendly staff, but beware that most of them do not speak English. For me it was okay since I spoke Spanish with them at the reception.

Location was excellent for the beach, shopping, bars, restaurants and local bus transport. Room was large and well maintained. Perhaps only recently repainted, bedding and towels clean and room made-up most days. The room was quiet, no noise coming from adjoining rooms or externally, we faced the main street with bars and entertainment . The television had a mix of Spanish, German channels and the usual BBC News. Food, the breakfast buffet was well stocked, eggs were freshly fried and pancakes freshly cooked. The staff cleared tables quickly and efficiently. There is the opportunity to purchase evening buffet if you are not on half board at 18 euros a head, a bottle of wine was from 12 euros up. Pools, there is a very small indoor pool, and whilst the room was warm the pool was quite cool. The outdoor pool was a reasonable size. Plenty of sunloungers and notices to advise reserving them would not be allowed. Pool towels are available. There is a 15 euro refundable deposit and a 2 euro a day charge, which will be deducted from the deposit on checkout. The Pool bar opened at 10 am, served coffees, soft drinks, cocktails and beer, reasonably priced for a hotel. They did start to sell poolside snacks, hotdogs, chips etc.

All staff were very accommodating. Shout out to Pepi. She's fantastic and is always kind and helpful and in a good mood. They had a couple of tribute bands nights, abba especially, they were very good. Everywhere is clean. Rooms are huge. Location is probably the best location in terms of position for cala millor. I'm English and mainly German guests which didn't matter. The breakfast was good. Overall I couldn't recommend it higher.
