Hotel is great brilliant location. Staff are lovely and work extremely hard. We travelled as a family of 9 asked for rooms on the same floor this was accomadated.. Indoor pool etc is a real bonus.

Exceptional Customer Service from the Hipotels Group. We got an Upgrade from Hotel Category and Room type because of lack of room availability on the day of our arrival. Every aspect of the Service was beyond expectations. Staff were great. Excellent location. Stay was short, but definitely planning to come again. ¡Muchas gracias!
