“Extremely clean and welcoming”

The complex turned out to be all-inclusive, although we were not. However, the prices were great. The staff were friendly and made you feel welcome. Our self-catering apartment was cleaned daily with fresh towels, etc. The entertainment staff were lovely and worked so hard. The bar staff were also great and welcoming.

I was booked in another hotel where there was no window in the bedroom and there was no air-conditioning at night. This comfortable appointment rectified those 2 problems. The whole site had a sense of calm which my first hotel did not.
