Please let Apartamentos Casa del Sol know your expected arrival time in advance that we can wait and attend to you. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property.Please always indicated on your booking the exact number of adults and children that will stay in the apartment.For stays of more than 1 week, cleaning is done once a week. For stays of less than 1 week, cleaning is done on departure. Cleaning includes a change of sheets and towels.An iron is available from reception upon request.At this proprty, reservations for 3 apartments or more are considered as group reservations. Group reservations will be charged a security deposit is €300 per apartment, the cesurity deposit must be paid at least 5 days before the arrival date. This deposit will be refunded within 24 to 48 hours after check-out, provided that all property rules have been followed and no damage has occurred.The property will contact the guest to inform them of the deposit amount and the payment instructions.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Great location, clean appartements and lovely hosts. The pool is a very nice addition to cool down in the hot menorcan sun. Would go back in a heartbeat.
