We are truly grateful for the exceptional service and unforgettable experience during our stay at Payramids Sunrise Inn. Every aspect was handled with great care and attention to detail, and the team consistently went the extra mile to ensure we felt welcome and well looked after. The thoughtful gesture of offering a nice room upgrade as a sign of appreciation was both generous and heartwarming. It truly made our stay feel special. A sincere thank you from our both families to the entire staff for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. A special mention to Mr. Ahmed from the management team and his crew, whose warm and understanding approach made a real difference. His efforts to accommodate our needs with such thoughtfulness added a personal and memorable touch to our time at the hotel. We’ll absolutely be returning, and I won’t hesitate to recommend this wonderful place to family and friends. Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable and meaningful.

The room was very nice and clean. The AC works very well but wasn’t loud. The hotel has very nice staff. The restaurant on the rooftop was nice.

Staying at Sunrise Pyramids Inn was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff is outstanding – always attentive, caring, and ready to fulfill any request with a smile. It's clear that guest comfort and satisfaction are top priorities here. One of the true highlights is the rooftop restaurant – the view of the pyramids is simply breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. Sitting there with a cup of tea or enjoying a delicious meal while overlooking one of the world's most iconic landmarks is truly unforgettable. The food was excellent, freshly prepared and full of flavor. Rooms were spotlessly clean, fresh-smelling, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The overall service was of a very high standard, with great attention to detail and genuine care for every guest. Special general thanks to the supervisor of ZAIN and the head waiter BAHAR. High level of service. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Giza – whether for the view, the food, or the exceptional service, Sunrise Pyramids Inn is a perfect choice!

The hospitality was truly outstanding. The staff were incredibly kind, always available to help, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Everything was clean and well maintained, which made us feel very comfortable and welcome.
