Amr is a wonderful host, he catered to everything I needed. Everyone in the hotel are polite, helpful and lovely. I booked all of my tours with the hotel for a great price. My tour guide was Hossam, I highly recommend him. At night Raouf accompanied me to get local street food, which was delicious and cheap, he was very kind and helped me a lot. The hotel its self is very beautiful and value for money, my room was very clean, breakfast was included and delicious and the court is very lovely to look at. The hotel is a stone throw away from the Pyramids. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and wish I didn’t have to go home so soon, they organised everything I needed including tours, food and transfers to and from the airport. :)

Great staff — attentive and friendly, always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious and varied. When my bus was rescheduled, the staff kindly allowed me to stay at the hotel for free, which I truly appreciate. I would also like to mention the security team — they carefully monitored the area and made sure no one bothered guests near the hotel. Excellent place, highly recommended! Amr very helpful.
