The family owned business was awesome so caring especially Haneeh at reception. Our driver Mustafa was very experienced and felt safe around all the crazy drivers.Ahmed our historian done an awesome job. Wii definetly stay again.😊

The staff was the best. There is a 24 hour restaurant in the hotel and the food is great. This was a great experience as I had a few disappointing experiences in Egypt. Although the hotel does not look good from the outside, you need to go up to the 12th floor for a great experience.

We travelled as an Irish family of 4 with two young children. Everyone of the staff were incredible with helping us to get sorted in our new surroundings. They were courteous, respectful and genuine. It felt almost like we were living with Egyptian family as they were so kind and thoughtful and made us all feel so at home. They really couldn't do enough for us. We would really recommend staying here and we are in agreement that if we return to Egypt we will definitely be staying here again.
