I had a truly wonderful experience at the Cosmopolitan Hotel. The service was exceptional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a pleasant stay. Special thanks to Mr. Hossam for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. His attentiveness and genuine care made all the difference—he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I truly appreciate his efforts and dedication. Highly recommended!

Historical Palace built in 1923 by Italian Engineering (Alfons Saso) and they said The Egyptian King Farouk he used to visit it ! And some Actors & Actresses in the past .

I had a lovely stay at Comsompolitan hotel the room was clean and the service was great . Special thanks to Mr omar he was very friendly and helpful . Thanks to Ms Amany also was very welcoming . The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but overall it was a pleasant experience. I would consider coming back. Hossein

Our stay at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Cairo was truly unforgettable. The hotel is a beautiful, historic landmark — charming, elegant, and full of character. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind, respectful, and always ready to help. We originally booked a Deluxe Room, but upon arrival, we asked to upgrade to a Deluxe Junior Suite. Thanks to Ms. Amani Ali, the upgrade was done free of charge. She welcomed us with warmth, personally showed us the suite, and stayed with us until we felt fully comfortable and settled in the room. She even invited us to a lovely lunch at the hotel’s restaurant, completely complimentary. What made the experience even more special was that Amani didn’t leave us for a moment — every day, she followed up with us, asked if we needed anything, and made sure everything was perfect. Her care, presence, and generosity truly stood out and made us feel at home. The service overall was excellent. I was on a medical trip, and the staff supported me with everything I needed. The breakfast was also amazing — fresh, varied, and the chef was clearly professional and talented. The hotel is very secure, and we felt safe at all times. I would like to give special thanks to: • Ms. Amani Ali, the hotel manager, for her exceptional kindness and professionalism • Omar and Monica at the reception for their warm hospitality and excellent service Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cairo — whether for tourism or treatment — this hotel truly takes care of its guests with heart.
