The location is perfect. It is easy to find with Uber. There are 24 hours open markets around that you can find anything you need. The staff is so friendly, they took care of my baggage. The shower was good, there were hot water available. There is also a refrigerator in the room.

The hospitality was very warm, and they gave us excellent advice on how to organize our day, as we only had one day to spend in Cairo.

The location, excellent service, cleanliness, polite and always helpful Kareem – all of this made me choose Zamalek X Hostel again. I travel solo, so safety is very important to me. I highly recommend Zamalek X Hostel. And that spectacular view of the Nile from the windows! ;) I will definitely come back Thank you guys and see you soon!

First of all, Kareem was outstanding; communicated effectively, picked me out of the crowd at the airport during an early hour of the morning, gave me advice of where to eat, insights about the area of Cairo and genuinely cared about my time here. His staff also care about ensuring you have a great stay. This was very valuable, so thank you Kareem & your team. I felt safe and secure at the property. Plenty of space in communal areas & a great view towards the Nile. My room was large in size with air con and a nice view to the city below. A great spot to spend a couple of nights to explore Cairo!!
