I’ve been in many hotels in different country’s and this was the only one that made me feel like I was at home! The whole staff from the hotel was super kind to me, all the staff that works there. The receptionist Amr was always available to help me, gave me advices on how to get the most out of the trip, and the tours are really affordable. Also the view is amazing, I would go to the rooftop early in the morning and at night and it always gave me a nostalgic feeling. Thank you for the experience!!!

The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Loved the oat breakfast meal with a fantastic pyramid view. The bedroom was cute. And they have some nice games to play with.

The location was spot on with a great view of a pyramid. The room was perfect and the bed was comfy. We ate a few meals at the hotel and feel that overall they are average. The breakfast bowl being the best meal I think the chef/kitchen suffers from trying to make western food, but they do an average job. There's nothing wrong with the food it's just a bit bland. The service is also slow, for 1 meal the food sat on the pass waiting, while the chef was chatting and taking photos of the meal. The pizzas are made off site and take at least an hour to reach your table, bare that in mind when ordering. Overall the staff were friendly and the hotel was fine for our needs. Some Ubers found it hard to find and cancelled the rides.
