The hotel location was okay The staff were very friendly I would like to thank the manager Basem Mohammed for his cooperation with me in any problem I also recommend booking here because it is worth a visit Good value for money The breakfast was very delicious I will definitely decide on this visit I also recommend arranging tourist trips with them We tried the beach buggy trip with them We visited Mount Giza, Cairo and Alexandria

I highly recommend this place. The hotel is very amazing. The staff are helpful and cooperative at all times. The hotel is very close to the pyramids and quiet at night. The view from the roof is magical, especially at night. The sound and light show on the pyramids is also affordable and reliable. I will repeat the experience with my family. I loved it. Egypt. Thank you, Mr. mohamed, for your hospitality.

I'll start there, as we arrived at the airport immediately outside, and our car was from the terminal. When we arrived at the terminal, there was a man who helped me carry the bags to the room. The room was clean, and upon exiting the room, it had a beautiful view of the pyramid. The man who works at Al Karam Hotel is very polite and kind, and speaks English. I don't know, but he was very patient. Their treatment of my children is sophisticated. They introduced me to a guide who speaks French , his name is Lui, and he is very good and polite. I am very happy with the top points. I will definitely come back with friends.
