It was a great experience for just one night started from the gentleman in their reception his name Abdulrahman who made it easy for my check-in and check-out. Also, the breakfast's restaurant staff were so friendly and they always offered to help. I recommend this hotel for everyone would like to get a good service, cleaned facilities, and closed to many amenities!

I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel in Egypt. The service throughout was exceptional, with staff who were consistently attentive and responsive to every request. A special word of appreciation goes to Ms. Sanaa, who went above and beyond in assisting me with a particular matter; she not only resolved it promptly but also followed up to ensure I was completely satisfied. The front desk team were equally impressive, handling all matters efficiently. When I encountered an issue with the Wi-Fi, they immediately arranged for additional hardware to be installed, which fully resolved the problem. I would also like to commend Bekhet from room service, whose professionalism and attention to detail made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, the hotel delivered an excellent experience, and I would gladly return

The hotel is under renovation, which is great. The new rooms are perfect. The breakfast is perfect except the coffee corner, it must be improved. The staff is excellent and collaborative, Thanks to all of them!

The location was great for me as it was near by my work as I needed to reach out to Suez. The rooms were okay and the reception was comfy and great specially tables by the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
